Who can use the State Brand?

Businesses who can demonstrate their relationship with South Australia as per one of the criteria below:
  • More than half of the inputs, ingredients or components of product(s) or service(s) come from South Australia
  • The business or other headquarters are located in South Australia
  • More than 30% of business operations are in South Australia

State Brand registration

If you have already registered to use the State Brand you do not need to register again.

Before you add the State Brand design elements to your South Australian business, you will need to register here.

Once your application is approved, download the State Brand assets and submit your logo artwork for approval. You are ready to use the State Brand once your logo artwork application has been approved.

Once you have been approved to use the State Brand logo and downloaded the assets, please submit how you will be using the logo on your website, advertising, signage or other marketing materials for approval here. This can be submitted via screenshot, PDF or sending an image jpg / png. Brand SA will contact you within 1-2 working days to review / approve your artwork.
