A highlight of Buy SA Week was seeing Nabula El Mourid from Supermarket Swap and Masterchef's Larissa Sewell host a special cooking demonstration at the Adelaide Central Market.
They used the best local ingredients from the Market to cook a delicious Paella recipe straight from Nabula's new cookbook 'The Weekly Grocery Shop'.
Following the cooking demo, market goers enjoyed the vibrant Friday night atmosphere, sampled delicious local produce and kickstarted their weekend with live acoustic tunes.

This activation was a great opportunity to wander the stalls, meet the growers, and taste your way through South Australia’s best seasonal produce. From farm-fresh fruit and veg to artisanal baked goods and small-batch cheeses – along with special giveaways.
