Definitions

‘Department’ refers to Brand South Australia.

‘Competition’ refers to the Brand SA Showdown Competition undertaken by the Department.

‘Entry’ consists of entrants following Brand SA on Instagram and commenting on Instagram or Facebook who they would share the prize with.

Entering the competition

• By submitting an Entry to the Competition, you signify acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions outlined here without exception.
• Entries must be submitted prior to 5pm Monday 21 July 2025.
• You can enter the Competition on either or both platforms.
• There will be one (1) winner drawn across both platforms.
• You can enter as many times as you like, providing each entry is unique.
• The Competition is open to all South Australian residents, 18 years of age or older.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Department, its related bodies corporate and agencies associated with this Competiton are not eligible to enter this Competition.
• This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.

Withdrawing and disqualification

• Any entrant can withdraw by emailing dsd.brandsa@sa.gov.au
• Incomplete information may cause the Entry to be disqualified.
• Breach of Terms and Conditions will cause the Entry to be disqualified.

Winning entry

• There will be one (1) winner selected at random from the eligible Entries.
• A winner will be formalised on verification by the Department that the Entry meets the eligibility criteria.
• If the selected winner is uncontactable within 24 hours of their Entry being drawn, the Department may choose to select an alternative winner.
• The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner consents to their name being published by the Department.

Competition prize

The winner will receive the following prize:

• Four (4) adults reserved tickets, section 324 (Riverbank Stand) to the Showdown on Saturday 26 July 2025 at 7.40pm (valued at $120 per person).
  
  Total value of the prize is $480

Competition draw and redemption

• Winner will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook by 12noon Tuesday 22 July 2025.
• Winner must be available to take the prize on Saturday 26 July 2025 at Adelaide Oval.
• Tickets to the Showdown will be sent to the winner via email.
• The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use their prize/s as stated.
• Please note that gift vouchers and prizes included in the Competition are subject to the individual terms and conditions applicable to each component of the overall Competition prize.
• The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
