History in the baking! Established in 1870, Mayfair Bakery & Patisserie is a family business synonymous with Port Adelaide, proudly supplying South Australians with local baked products for over 150 years.

Mayfair's origins began supplying bread and baked goods along the Wharf to the shipping industry. 154 years later, Mayfair still operates within the original bakery in the heart of Port Adelaide, suppling South Australia’s best venues and food retailers with baked products.

Phil Donnelly took over Mayfair Bakery in 2014 at the age of 21 as Owner and Head Chef. In this time Phil’s experience as a qualified baker and ethos has been on collaboration with iconic SA brands, expanding recipes, entering new markets, education and building a business that is ethical and has a strong community connection.

As a passionate South Australian foodie working in the industry, Phil appreciates why it's so important for consumers to buy local.
