Roberto’s passion for food was ignited as a young child, brought up in his parent’s delicatessen business, serving customers and visiting Adelaide grocers and markets.
Today Roberto is the CEO Director of Cucina Classica, known for its delicious range of Italian artisanal ready meals and sauces, as well as a range of breads, tortes, gelato, and coffee beans.
Using only the best local ingredients, they create authentic Italian flavours based on centuries-old recipes, passed down for generations from Nonna’s kitchen.
