In partnership with Seafood Industry SA, experience the best of South Australian seafood through live cooking demonstrations with former MasterChef alum Callum Hann and his business partner Themis Chryssidis.
Using exceptional local produce, Callum and Themis will create delicious dishes that celebrate regional producers from across the state.
The Brand SA team will also be there with a range of wonderful regional producer tastings and a host of giveaways.
