Spring Gully Foods

17 July 2024

Iconic and much-loved South Australian brand Spring Gully was founded in 1946, pickling onions and gherkins in the Adelaide foothills.

Since then, the fourth generation, family owned and operated business has thrived through its commitment to quality, innovation and time honoured recipes.

Managing Director Russell Webb says the special thing about Spring Gully products is their unique flavours and commitment to using the finest quality ingredients.

Their most recent collaboration with Red Centre started some two years ago, with a shared goal to produce delicious tasting condiments using Australian Native ingredients.

Red Centre is a First Nations Owned Enterprise that has the health and well-being of their community at heart. All native ingredients have been sustainability and ethically harvested.

The collaboration brings to life Spring Gully's first range of native sauces which features Bush Tomato Sauce, Lemon Myrtle Sauce and Quandong Chilli Sauce.

A well as looking at ways to expand their iconic range of products, Russell is a huge advocate for supporting local.

When somebody buys a product from South Australia, that was made in South Australia, we get to support a local business community and explore everything that our State has to offer.
